Francesco is the head chef at Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta Restaurant. He is responsible for the dining room and takes care of every guest with great attention. He ensures all dishes are served hot, perfectly al dente, and made with fresh ingredients. He also manages table service, presenting special dishes prepared in front of guests. He speaks English, Italian, and Chinese, and is known for his kindness and warm hospitality.
