Schiacciata is the protagonist of the TOSCA offer. A product that lends itself to different consumption occasions, from breakfast to lunch, from snack to snack, from aperitif to dinner.

“La Schiaccia” is a blank canvas ready to take on the smells and colors of Tuscan excellence: Tuscan Prosciutto DOP, Pecorino Toscano DOP, Finocchiona IGP, the fillings range from the best Tuscan cured meats and cheeses to local recipes such as inzimino, lampredotto and chickpeas flour pie. Each flatbread is stuffed with love and served hot, crunchy and with a drizzle of Tuscan PGI Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Tuscany is a land known throughout the world for the quality and variety of some typical products which, due to their excellence, in the presence of certain requirements can obtain the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) certifications. These are much more than simple label names, they are the guarantee of an authentic consumer experience.

Authenticity for TOSCA is the absolute priority. For this reason we use products of certified origin and with all the requirements recognized by the consortia: Tuscan Ham DOP, Pecorino Toscano DOP, Finocchiona IGP, Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP and Mortadella di Prato IGP

The TOSCA format includes a 70-150 m2 room. The ideal positioning of the store is in city centers in streets with high pedestrian traffic, in shopping centers, outlets, stations and airports. Wherever there is TOSCA, a welcoming place is born, where you can eat well while being together.

The TOSCA premises are in fact inspired by the warm tones, materials and hospitality of traditional Tuscan taverns but reinterpret them in a modern key. The attention to detail in the interior design gives a premium look to the venue, for a one-of-a-kind experience on the market.
